How do I find the custom jersey I want to purchase?

On the homepage, find the category of the item you want to purchase in the category list at the top of the page under the website header. Move your mouse over the category name, and you will see a list of subcategories. Select the category your item belongs to, and you will be taken to the product page. There, you can choose the item you want to purchase.

 

How do I place an order?

First, after clicking the item you want, select the gender and size, enter your name and number, upload your logo, and then click “Add to Cart.” Review the items in your cart. If you have a coupon or discount code, enter it.

Second, when you are ready, click “Checkout,” and you will be taken to the payment page. Choose whether to check out as a guest or registered customer. Registered customers can log in on the right side of the page. Then enter your email and shipping address. Review your order information. You can edit your address and payment information. Select “Continue to Shipping” to proceed to the next page.

Third, choose your preferred payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. Enter your billing address, then click “Pay Now.” Please remember to save your order information in a safe place in case you need to check your order status.

 

How can I customize my favorite jersey if I cannot find it online?

Please contact us and tell us your idea. We will be happy to send you a design mockup for free and provide a reasonable quote based on your specific needs.

 

Is the clothing quality good?

All of our custom products are tested and developed to ensure the best quality. We spend hundreds of hours making each product to ensure that it is not only high quality, but also comfortable and durable over time.

 

What is your minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order quantity for any of our products. You can purchase any quantity you need.

 

Why did I not receive any email or reply after placing my order?

Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or blocked by a spam filter. Please adjust your spam filter or check your junk mail folder. We recommend using your primary email address to ensure you receive updates in time.

 

Can I purchase a blank jersey without a name or number?

Yes. Production time is approximately 3–5 business days.

 

Is the blank jersey I ordered considered a custom product?

Please note that the blank jersey you ordered is still a fully customized product, even though it does not include specific text, numbers, logos, or other designs. Due to the nature of the sublimation process, each item, including blank designs, is made from scratch. Therefore, all custom products, including blank jerseys, are final sale items.

 

How do I remove wrinkles from leather sleeves caused during shipping?

Place the leather sleeve flat on a table or ironing board. Set the iron to a low heat setting and locate the “steam” button. During ironing, continuously press the “steam” button. When ironing the wrinkled area, press and iron back and forth 3–4 times. Be sure to press the wrinkled area instead of sliding the iron. After ironing, use a towel or paper towel to dry the moisture from the surface of the leather sleeve.
