Return Policy

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If you receive a defective custom jersey, please contact us with your order number and attach photos of the item showing the issue. Our customer support team will be able to assist you.

Please note: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Any size, name, and number you upload or enter will be printed on your item. If you select the wrong size, name, or number and the item is sent to you, SportLoomX is not responsible for replacing the item.

Cancellations and Returns

Because your personalized jersey is unique and custom-made specifically for you, each item in your purchase includes a $20 customization fee.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will try to retrieve the order. However, please note that once your order is submitted, we begin production of your personalized item immediately.

If you wish to cancel a purchase that has already entered production, a $20 restocking fee per item will apply.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment amount, minus shipping fees and discounts applied to personalized items, unless the return is due to a shipping error.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be deposited into your account, and it may take an additional billing cycle for the funds to appear on your statement.

Returns and Exchanges

Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Damaged or Misprinted Items policy above, or contact our customer service team for return assistance.

Please note that the following reasons are not covered by our return or exchange policy, and we are not responsible for these issues:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Personal reasons, such as changing your mind.

Personalized items are unique and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

This is a custom jersey and is not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer. Our custom jerseys are independently produced and designed and do not carry any professional sports league names or branding.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for blank products that have been processed or modified for resale. This policy applies to all items that are no longer in their original condition. We encourage customers to carefully review this policy before purchasing products intended for modification and resale.
